Troy Sealcoating is looking to hire a motivated laborer and / or a person with former pavement or landscaping maintenance experience. Preferred candidates living a reasonable distance from Acushnet, MA. Must be 18 years or older. 

Job Description 

• Workdays begin at 8AM 

• Load vehicles with essential tools and materials for the day 

• Arrive at job with safety and efficiency in mind 

• Weed whacking, leaf blowing, cleaning vegetation out of cracks, filling cracks with hot rubber tar, seal coating surfaces , painting parking stalls and lines etc. 

Job Requirements

• Ability to work with tools and organization 

• Reliable & good work ethic 

• Must have a valid driver’s license 

• Ability to work through the summer season *8 + hour days*

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., be able to push, pull, and carry or maneuver heavy items with additional manpower or appropriate devices

• Observe all company procedures & safety rules 

• Must be willing to work under the supervision of others 

• Willing to work on holidays 

• Work as a part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
